About the Role

We are looking for a UX Designer to design software and platforms that meet people’s needs. In this role, you should be an analytical and creative designer who is able to grasp user needs and solve problems. You will be responsible for making our website and apps more user-friendly and intuitive to attract and retain customers.

Ultimately, you will make our product more user-friendly and intuitive to attract and retain customers. You will plan and conduct user research, analyze competitor data, create user stories and storyboards, and promoting user-centric design.

• Data-Driven Designer. You are adept at handling and analyzing both quantitative and qualitative data. You use data to come up with creative solutions.

• Passionate. You are genuinely passionate about finance, and eager to learn more through hands-on experience.

• A Strong Communicator. You are highly articulate, with a firm understanding of the English language. You are able to work with a team, while managing your own independent projects.

• Organized. You are able to prioritize, managing multiple projects simultaneously and efficiently. You are highly organized with a strong attention to detail.

• Knowledgable. You have a solid understanding of basic finance and accounting principles and excellent analytical abilities.

Nice-To-Have's

• Knowledge of industry tools

• Proficient in design software

• Degree in Design, Computer Science, Engineering or a related fie

• Proven experience as a UX Designer, UI Designer or similar role
