About the Role

Transform Tutoring is hiring Finance Analysts to join our growing team. You'll be responsible for working with Transform's C-Suite team to increase revenue. You'll create and implement financial plans from start to finish.

• Organized. You are able to prioritize, managing multiple projects simultaneously and efficiently. You are highly organized with a strong attention to detail.

• Knowledgable. You have a solid understanding of basic finance and accounting principles and excellent analytical abilities.

Nice-to-Have's:

• Financial background and familiarity with financial forecasting and monthly financial reporting

• Writing advanced macros and maintain complex spreadsheets on Excel

• Working with and mining large amounts of data and streamlining manual processes

• Analyzing monthly financial results and report on key trends vs. budget; peel back the layers to understand underlying drivers of financial performance.
