Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US

• Current university student or graduate

• Work well with a team

• Effective communicator--able to clearly express your ideas and think of ways to most effectively implement them

• Strong leadership skills and ability to delegate tasks

• Commitment to efficiency and constant improvement

• A desire to learn about dynamic operations in a fast-paced environment

• Firm understanding of basic business principles

• Strong commitment to excellence and personal and professional growth

• Strong record of initiative-taking and leadership in a work setting and/or extracurricular activities
